1969-1991 Pontiac Firebird, Trans Am WITH Tilt/Telescopic Horn Contact Retainer. Replaces GM #7808385. This plastic star shaped retainer/insulator snaps over the column upper shaft lock ring, snaps into tilt-telescopic column lock plate and covers hub attaching nut. It has to be installed with the reliefs right side up, or the retainer will not snap on.
