Any returns made to Classic2MuscleParts must be authorized within 15 days of the receiving of your order. Any return after this 15 day period may be subject to a partial credit or no credit for the items returned.
Please make sure to package all types of returns carefully and we highly suggest doing insurance for your shipment back. We are not responsible for damaged returns as a result of improper packaging. Once your return is received, all items are subject for inspection and testing. As long as your return is received in good condition, credit will be processed. Returns can take up to 1 week for processing time.
ALL returns MUST have a "Return Authorization" (RA) number. This is obtained by contacting Classic2MuscleParts either via email or phone call. This RA number must be shown on the outside of the box containing the return and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and refunds are only given in Classic2MuscleParts store credit.
Any item that is marked "Return To Sender" (RTS) will be subject to shipping charges that are separate from any restocking fee that is applied for the return.
Any orders canceled beyond the third day are subject to a 15% cancellation fee (excluding SPECIAL ORDERS, please see below for special order cancellations). This only applies for orders that are not in transit. Once the order is in transit to the shipping destination, the normal return policy applies.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Items that are labeled “SPECIAL ORDER” are made to order items. As such, "SPECIAL ORDER" cannot be canceled unless it is the same day as ordered. There is automatically a 10% cancellation fee before refunding back to your original payment method.
